Refund policy

At holdingcourtinc.com, we want you to shop with confidence. If your order isn't quite right, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused and in new condition
  • Return is requested within 30 calendar days of delivery
  • Product is returned in its original packaging, including accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable)

Note: Items that are used, damaged, or returned outside the 30-day window may not be eligible for a refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Final sale items, clearly marked at checkout
  • Items returned without prior authorization from our support team
  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered

Change of Mind

Changed your mind? No problem - as long as the item is unused and returned within 30 days, you're eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Order changes

If you would like to change your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot change your order after these 2 hours.

Lost packages

If your package is lost in transit, we'll gladly replace it and ensure your order reaches you—provided the correct address was selected during checkout.
If you don't request a replacement, we'll have to wait 30 days before we issue a refund if the package is still received. Our customer service team will check your order regularly during these two weeks and provide updates.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please email us immediately with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund

Refunds Window

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
