Griffin 1 Lunar Landing Collection

A Sustainable Fashion Journey from Earth to Moon

The Griffin 1 Lunar Landing Collection celebrates a historic moment in art and space exploration. Founder Courtney Barriger, selected as a featured artist for Artists for Impact, will have her artwork journey to the moon aboard the Griffin 1 lunar lander in 2026, making the surface of the moon its permanent home through BitBasel's AstroGLPH project.

Collection Features

Each piece in the Griffin 1 Lunar Landing Collection is wearable art, featuring Courtney Barriger's original watercolor paintings that capture aurora borealis, rocket dust, shimmering particles of cosmic adventure and human innovation, and the edges of the atmosphere. The breathtaking boundary where Earth meets the infinite cosmos.

Explore the marks humanity has etched into the stars.

This collection embodies the dual mission of exploration and preservation. As Courtney's art makes history on the lunar surface, each piece you wear becomes part of a larger story—one that connects cosmic wonder with earthly stewardship, proving that fashion can be both beautiful and regenerative.

Astro-Glyph showcases the visual language of space archives, from encrypted data glyphs to lunar-bound artifacts. Featuring elements from the Lunaprise Moon Museum, visitors will engage with physical and digital pieces that connect us to the Moon, including works that have been permanently stored in space. Presented by BitBasel’s space division, this exhibit honors memory, preservation, and the interstellar future of culture.
